Summary

At Brough, near Dunnet, on the southern coastline of the Pentland Firth there is the potential for a marine energy site. The company owns part of Brough Bay on the Pentland Firth, so there are opportunities for on-shore transmission of electricity from marine energy equipment which could generate power from the Firth.
Situated on the single track road to Dunnet Head (B855), in the small community of Brough, the property is very well located being only 10 minutes drive from John o Groats, 15 minutes from Thurso and 25 minutes from Wick. The ferry from Gills Bay is 5 minutes drive away.
