Accommodation
We can provide self catering or serviced accommodation for your employees in our comfortable renovated croft. Whether they are contractors or members of staff, we can offer a comprehensive service with advice on restaurants, leisure pursuits, and travel to / from the site.
Building
Our 10m x 7m steel, portal framed building, within 50m of the shore which provides an ideal facility for equipment storage and set up of test facilities. It has electricity and a telephone can be facilitated from the broadband system. Water could easily be connected as required.
Site
There are opportunities for leasing a two acre site with plenty of space for large plant and equipment. 
A separate block built workshop could be made available adjacent to the shed. The workshop is 4.75m x 4m. Electricity and water are available (Picture of the shed and stable /workshop block together).
